What happens after you complete a diagnostic
The process is the same for both assessments, and designed to be as straight forward.
Complete the assessment
The Short Assessment (HSS) takes about 15 minutes. The Brand Vital Signs Assessment takes about 20 minutes. Both can be completed on any device. No account required.
Receive your results by email
HSS preliminary results arrive within 24 hours. BVS results with a preliminary gap observation arrive within 48 hours. Results are written in plain language, no clinical terminology.
