Receive your results

Preliminary results by email within 24–48 hours. Specific enough to be immediately useful. An invitation to book a free 30-minute session.

Book a free 30-minute session

We walk through your results in the context of your organization and determine whether the full diagnostic engagement is the right next step for you.

Complete the full diagnostic

The paid diagnostic phase: $800 for the HSS, $1,500 for the BVS. Includes complete scoring, pattern identification, two sessions, and a written report.

Begin the engagement

Monthly sessions, a structured project, or both, depending on which tier the diagnostic findings point to.

Why the diagnostic comes before everything else
