OUR TEAM

A clinical and strategic team working from a shared framework

A psychiatrist-led practice with clinical and brand strategy at the core

Clinical and strategic expertise. Integrated.

Rethink Science is built around two disciplines that are rarely integrated, clinical psychology and brand strategy. The practice works because both disciplines operate from the same theoretical framework and are brought to bear on the same problems simultaneously, not in sequence.

Meet the Founding Team

Clinical and strategic expertise

Rayne Dhana MD, MBA

Yale-trained psychiatrist & Business strategist

Rayne is a Yale-trained psychiatrist with a decade of experience leading organizations, raising capital, and studying the psychological patterns that either drive or derail founder-led companies.

Her clinical training is in systems psychodynamics, the field that applies psychoanalytic and group relations theory to organizational life. What that means in practice: she understands why authority structures break down in predictable patterns. She understands what happens to a team when its leader cannot tolerate uncertainty. She understands why a founding narrative becomes rigid when it is carrying too much of the founder’s identity.

She built Rethink Science because she kept encountering the same situation: talented founders, real organizations, recurring problems that conventional consultants had been unable to fix, because they were diagnosing at the wrong level.

“You can’t out-strategize what you haven’t out-grown. Every business problem carries a psychological fingerprint. The fastest path to scaling a company is to understand the founder behind it”

Zoe Raluca

Chief Experience Officer

Zoe is a multidisciplinary design strategist whose work spans brand identity, UX, advertising, and experiential design. Her core conviction is that design is not an aesthetic layer applied to a business, it is the architecture of how people experience it.

From the moment someone encounters a brand to the final point of action, every touchpoint is communicating something. The question is whether what it communicates is intentional.

At Rethink Science, Zoe translates the internal clarity produced by our consulting work into external brand presence: visual systems, user pathways, and brand ecosystems that are coherent because the organization behind them is coherent.

“A brand should feel like the organization it represents. Not the organization it aspires to be. The one it actually is.”

The clients we work with

We work with founders and senior leaders who are genuinely curious about what is actually happening in their organizations, not looking for confirmation that the problem is someone else’s. They have usually tried the obvious solutions. They may have hired a strategy consultant, brought in an operations lead, run a rebrand, or worked with an executive coach. Something keeps not resolving. They are willing to consider that the constraint is upstream from where they have been looking.

If that describes you, the best place to start is the Human Systems Scorecard, a 48-question psychodynamic leadership assessment that generates a precise clinical profile of how you lead. Most people who take it describe it as the most accurate picture of their leadership they have ever seen.
